Knowledge of the complex overall system of buildings and the ability to consistently implement architectural intentions is a prerequisite for the work of a designing architect. The Integrated Project aims to highlight the different requirements, dependencies and interconnections that influence the design of a building and to provide opportunities for balancing the various aspects that have to be taken into account. The periodic courses in the modules Building Technology I, Structural Engineering II and Building Construction II are therefore supplemented across chairs by the joint project work offered by the Chairs of Building Construction, Building Structures and Building Technology. The aim of the integration of the participating subjects is to convey the teaching content holistically and practically and to practice the creation of interdisciplinary connections beyond the teaching content.
